2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. fresh blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Beat eggs lightly, stir in milk, sugar and oil. Quickly stir egg mixture into dry ingredients. Carefully fold in blueberries. Spoon in greased muffin cups and bake at 400º for 15 to 18 minutes.
