2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup diced celery
1/2 large head of cabbage
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup chopped ham
3 cup light cream
2 Tbsp flour
2 Tbsp minced parsley
1 Tbsp pimientos

Directions:
Directions:
In large kettle add broth, onion, celery, and cabbage. Simmer until tender. While vegetables are cooking, melt butter. Blend in flour, add cream, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Combine cream sauce with vegetables. Add ham, parsley and pimientos. Season to taste
