bread
tomatoes (home-grown)
thinly sliced onions (cooked in microwave until soft)
Grated cheese
Cajun seasoning
thinly sliced ham (cook in microwave to drain juice)

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly toast bread slices. Spread thin layer of yellow mustard on bread. Assemble ham, tomato, onion, Cajun seasoning and cheese. Toast in toaster oven until cheese is melted & thoroughly heated.

This is an excellent use for Daddy's home grown tomatoes which are always in abundance in the summer time.
