2 pkgs lemon jello
3 1/2 c tomato juice
1/4 - 1/2 c vinegar or lemon juice
3 cans shrimp
1 c celery, diced
1/4 c diced green pepper
2 T chopped onion
2 chopped hard boiled eggs
Salt, pepper to taste
Filling:
2 3-oz pkgs cream cheese
1/2 pint heavy cream
1 c finely chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix jello, juice, & vinegar; cool. (This implies mixing over heat). When slightly thickened, add shrimp, vegetables & eggs and chill until very thick, but not set.
Pour half into large flat dish. Chill until set.
Spread filling on top and cover with remaining jello.
For filling, whip cheese, adding cream gradually. Fold in nuts.
