1/2 C chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 T vinegar
1/4 t salt
3 T brown sugar
1 T flour
1/4 C chopped celery
2 T butter
1 t chili powder
1 12 oz bottle Chili sauce
2 T Worcestershire sauce
3 C cooked pork, pulled

Serves: 8-10
Preparation Time: 30-40 minutes

Cook onion, celery, garlic in butter until tender. Add remaining ingredients plus 1/2 c. water. Mix well over low heat. Stir in pork. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hrs. Mix the flour with 2T water and blend into mixture. Turn heat up to thicken. Turn heat down again and cover and cook 15-20 minutes longer.
