Ingredients:  
1 c. sugar
Cookie:
1 c. Crisco
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. milk
6 egg yolks
2 heaping tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. almond extract
About 7 1/2 c. flour-enough flour to make soft dough, but stiff enough to roll.

Icing:
1/2 stick butter
1 1/2 boxes powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. almond extract
Enough warm milk to make smooth icing

Cookie: Mix all ingredients together. Make balls size of a large walnut. Bake at 375º, 10-15 minutes on ungreased cookie sheets.

Icing: Beat butter, powdered sugar and almond extract together. Add milk until icing is a good spreading consistency.
