1 - 3 oz. pkg. lime jello
1 cup boiling water
1 - 9 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained & juice reserved
1 cup creamy cottage cheese
1 tsp. horseradish
1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped
1/4 cup chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in water.
Add juice from pineapple; chill until slightly thickened. Beat until frothy, fold in remaining ingredients.
Chill until set.
