2 large onions
3-4 lbs pork baby back or side ribs
1 envelope Club house slow cookers Mild BBQ ribs seasoning
2 cups [500mls] tomato sauce
½ cup [125mls] maple syrup
1/3 cup [75 mls] packed brown sugar
¼ cup [50 mls] spicy brown mustard
¼ cup [50mls] lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Place onion in 5L slow cooker. Cut ribs into serving size pieces and place over onions. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over ribs to coat thoroughly. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
