Yeast Mixture:
1 large yeast or 3 packs dry yeast
2 tbsp. sugar
2 egg yolks
1 c. lukewarm water

Dough:
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 sticks margarine
Mix like pie dough; add yeast mixture

Filling:
2 Lb. ground walnuts (8 c. ground nuts)
Beat egg whites from separated eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. warm milk
Add to Walnuts

Roll out dough. Spread with filling. Place on pan seam side down. Pierce top with fork so it won’t split. Bake 350 1/2 hr Use maple or vanilla frosting on top
