1 cup water, divided
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. canola oil
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. pepper
6 bone-in country style pork ribs (1-1/2 inch thick)

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup water, soy sauce, lemon juice, oil , brown sugar, garlic powder and pepper. Cover and refrigerate 1/2 cup mixture for basting. Pour remaining mixture into a large resealable plastic bag; add the ribs. Seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. Drain ribs and discard marinade; place ribs and remaining water in a 3 qt. microwave safe dish. Cover and microwave on high for 20-25 minutes or until meat is tender. Coat grill rack with cooking spray before starting the grill. Drain ribs. Grill ribs, covered, over medium heat for 8-10 minutes or until browned, turning occasionally and basting with reserved marinade.
