9 Eggs, Separate Yolks from Whites
3 Scant Cups Sugar
2 tsp. Vanilla
1 pt. Heavy Whipping Cream
1 can Condensed Milk [NOT Sweetened Condensed]
1/2 gal. Whole Milk

Pour a little of the Milk over the Egg Yolks. Combine Sugar with Yolks and stir. Whip Egg Whites with a sprinkle of Salt. Whip Cream. Fold Egg Whites and Beaten Whipped Cream in with Egg Yolk/Sugar Mixture. Stir in Canned and Whole Milk. Pour into Ice Cream Freezer Container, add dasher and freeze.

Variations: 6-8 Ripe Bananas or 6-8 Ripe Peaches Mashed - add fruit to Yolk Mixture. Can also add Strawberries. And can add Nuts for texture.

This recipe came from Nita Smith. Nita's husband worked with Dad [Cliff] in New York. We had get togethers and Bar-B-Qs all the time and Nita's Ice Cream and many of her other dishes were always a hit.
