4 lbs. Fresh Spareribs
2/3 c. Catsup
1/2 c. Bar-B-Que Sauce, Smoke Flavor
1/4 c. Light Karo Syrup

Directions:
Have your meatman crack ribs in half lengthwise to form long strips. Simmer the ribs covered in boiling salted water 1 hour or until tender. Drain off the water. When ready to grill, thread strips on long skewers. Mix Catsup, Bar-B-Que Sauce and Karo Syrup, brush on ribs. Grill slowly 6 inches above coals and continue brushing with sauce until richly glazed about 20 minutes.
