2 tbsp Oil
2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 small onion chopped finely
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Spring Onions, chopped fine

Directions:
Directions:
mix all ingredients together and let sit at room temperature until ready to use.

Note: The longer you let it sit the better the flavor.

My daughter-in-law had us over for dinner and made this salad dressing. It was delicious! Her personal note is to add lots of salt and pepper and go lighter on the vinegar if it is to sour for your taste. Enjoy...I did!
