4 top loin pork chops boneless
1 tablespoon of flour
2 teaspoons of butter
1/2 sliced onion
1 cup of apple juice

Directions:
Directions:
Season flour with a little salt and pepper; lightly flour pork chops and brown on one side in butter over medium heat. Turn chops; stir in onion and apple juice; bring to a boil, lower heat and cover. Simmer for an additional 7-8 minutes.
Serve with cranberry sauce.

This is a easy alternative to the usual pork chops. This recipe gives the pork a sweet taste.
