2 pkgs (3 oz. each) cream cheese, softened.
5 teaspoons of milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup shredded Colby jack cheese
2 tablespoons chopped green pepper
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1 tube of refrigerated crescent rolls
1 cup of precooked bacon pieces (soft style)

Directions:
Directions:
In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and milk until smooth. Add eggs Colby cheese, green pepper and onion; mix well. Separate dough into eight triangles; press into muffin cups. Sprinkle half of bacon into cups. Pour egg mixture over bacon, top with remaining bacon. Bake at 375º for 18-22 mins. or until toothpick comes out clean. Serve warm.
