peppers
onions
mushrooms
bottle of BBQ sauce
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken pieces in aluminum foil. Add peppers, onions, mushrooms and one bottle of favorite BBQ sauce. Salt and pepper to taste. Seal it up tight. Place on top of broiler at work at 7:00 a.m., retrieve dinner at noon and dig in!!!

To convert to a family dinner, bake in a baking dish @ 400 degrees for 1 hour.
