1, 16 1/2 oz can pitted dark sweet cherries, drained
1,16oz can sliced peaches, drained
1, 15oz can pineapple chunks, drained
1, 17oz can of apricot halves, drained
1, 21 oz can cherry pie filling
1/2 cup brandy

Layer indredients in order given in a 2 1/2 quart baking casserole (clear glass is best because this is not only delicious, it is pretty on the table). Cover and refrigerate over-night (at least 8 hours).
Remove from refridgerator and let stand 30 min. before baking at 350º for 35 to 40 min.

This is a holiday favorite of my family. I usually double the recipe so that the Blythe and Melissa can take home leftovers. It is great for a special breakfast too and is wonderful as a topping for vanilla ice cream or pound cake.
