Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 ½ lb ground beef, cooked & drained
Tater Tots 16 oz thawed (I use Ore-Ida, more if desired but too much makes it drier)
1 medium onion, chopped (can use onion powder instead)
1 can cream of celery soup (may substitute mushroom and add extra to keep from being dry)
1 small can of evaporated milk
6-8 slices of American cheese (can substitute ¾ lb shred cheddar or even Velveeta mixed with the soup & ground beef if desired I prefer American, try all versions)
Salt & pepper to taste (can vary spices, I use a whole onion and a little extra onion powder, sometimes I will use Soulful Seasoning instead of S&P)
Canned Fried Onions on top is delicious (Optional).

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef with onion, drain. Mix soup & beef together well, place in casserole dish. Place cheese slices on top of beef/soup mixture, top with thawed tater tots, cover, bake at 350°F30-40 minutes or until bubbly. Great as leftovers.
