1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 squares unsweetened chocolate (4 oz. melted)
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil, chocolate and sugar. Blend in one egg at a time until well mixed. Add vanilla. Measure flour, add baking powder and salt. Stir flour mixture into oil mixture. Chill several hours or overnight. Heat oven to 350º. Drop teaspoons full of dough into powdered sugar. Roll in sugar, shape into balls. Place 2" apart on greased baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes or until almost no imprint remains when touched lightly in center.
