2 lbs. pork spareribs or loin back ribs cut into 2 large pieces
Sauce:
1/4 cup catsup
2 T. chili sauce
1 T. brown sugar
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1 dash garlic salt
2 thin lemon slices
1 T. butter
1 T. chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer ribs in water with salt for 45 to 60 minutes; drain. Mix and bring to boil the BBQ sauce ingredients. Remove from heat. You may grill ribs 10 to 15 minutes; brush with sauce OR roast in oven at 350º for 20 to 25 minutes, basting with sauce.
