2 c, Light Brown Sugar
1 c. Cream
1/4 c. Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and cream together, blend in the butter, then place the mixture on stove(not to hot a fire). Stir constantly until mixture forms a soft ball in cold water. remove from fire and beat until creamy. Spread on cake immediately. This icing is quite rich, is best with simple cakes.
