Ingredients:  
3 cups cooked rice (1 cup uncooked)
2 pkgs frozen chopped broccoli.
1 can cream of chicken soup.
16 oz Cheese Whiz.
1 medium onion finely chopped.
1/3 lb butter or oleo (1 stick).
1/2 cup water.

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer broccoli, soup, onion and water until broccoli is completely thawed. Add butter and cheese. Mix together and add rice.
Grease casserole and add contents to dish.
Bake @ 350 for 45 minutes. Let stand 5 or 10 minutes before serving.
