¼ C. Balsamic vinegar
3 cloves fresh garlic, mashed
2 t. minced dehydrated onion
5 T. Worcestershire sauce
Dash or two of Tabasco sauce
1 large bottle of ketchup
1 C. brown sugar (packed)
1 t. salt
1 t. dry mustard
½ C. molasses
1 T. peanut butter
Dash of olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes on medium heat. Turn off heat, cover and let cool. Store in covered container or bottles. Will keep in refrigerator for at least two weeks.

I started with my mother's recipe and over the years I kept kicking it up until I sort of recreated this recipe into my own. It's spicy and sweet... like my wife.
