12 oz bag white chocolate chips
2 T creamy peanut butter
1 1/2 cups rice cereal
1 cup cocktail peanuts or cashews
1 cup mini marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate chips in glass bowl in microwave, approximately 2 minutes on high. This will vary depending on the microwave wattage. Some chips may not be completely melted, but will be fine with vigorous stirring. Add peanut butter and stir until thoroughly blended. Add remaining ingredients; stir until well coated. Drop by tablespoon onto waxed paper. Allow to cool and harden slightly. Store in sealed container. Makes approximately 24 cookies.
