6 T. bacon, cooked & crumbled or real bacon bits
6 eggs
6 T. shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350º. Spray muffin pan with butter flavored cooking spray. Place bacon in the bottom of each muffin cup. Add egg and pierce the yolk once with fork. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake for 20 minutes until slightly firm.
