1 large head cabbage, grated
1 large carrot, grated
1 green pepper, chopped
1 tsp salt
1 cup vinegar
1/4 cup water
2 cups sugar
1 tsp mustard seed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cabbage, carrot, green pepper and salt. Let stand 1 hour. Squeeze out all liquid. Boil vinegar, water, sugar and mustard seed for 1 minute. Cool to lukewarm. Pour liquid over cabbage. Freeze in desired size serving containers. Makes 1 gallon.
