1/2 cup water
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tbsp. salt
small onion, grated or cut into tint pieces
Juice of one lemon
apple cider vinegar
1 or 2 cloves of grated garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Par boil chicken pieces, but not too long.
Measure juice of one lemon in a cup, and fill the rest with apple cider vinegar. Combine all ingredients and heat thoroughly, letting it simmer to mingle the flavors. Marinade par-boiled chicken for 30-60 minutes and grill. Baste chicken with the mix while on the grill.
