1 lb ground chuck
1 c minute rice cooked
1 large onion chopped
1 stalk celery chopped
1/2 small green pepper
1-2 8oz cans diced tomatoes
2 tsp. garlic
1/2 tsp. chili powder
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet brown ground chuck and drain.In same skillet saute onion, celery and pepper until soft;
add cooked rice, garlic,chili powder, tomatoes, salt and pepper. Cook slowly about 5 min..If it seems to be too thick add a little water to thin it.
