1 lb. lean ground beef
6 Ritz Crackers, finely crushed
¼ c. grated Parmesan cheese
¾ c. spaghetti sauce, divided
12 Cheddar cheese cubes***
4 hot dog buns, split

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
2. In a mixing bowl combine ground beef, cracker crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and ¼ c. of the spaghetti sauce.
3. Shape into 12 meatballs.
*Tip divide meat into 4 even portions, then divide each of those into 3 meatballs.
4. Place 2” apart, in shallow baking pan sprayed with cooking spray.
5. Press 1 cheese cube deeply into center of each meatball.
6. Bake 14 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through.
7. Meanwhile, microwave 30 seconds on high power - or heat on stovetop in small saucepan remaining ½ c. spaghetti sauce.
8. Spoon sauce evenly into buns that are either warmed in microwave or toasted in the oven.
9. Fill each with 3 meatballs. Yield: 4 servings, 1 sandwich each
*** Purchase cheese cubed or cut block cheese into ½” cubes
