1 Cup Mayonnaise
2 Tsp. Dried Minced Onions
2 Tsp. Dry Mustard
1 Cup Crushed Butter Flavored Crackers (Ritz)
1/2 Cup Sesame Seeds
2 Lbs. Boneless Chicken Breast (Chicken Tenders work best)

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, onion and dry mustard. In another bowl, combine the crackers and sesame seeds. Dip chicken strips into mayonnaise mixture, then into the sesame seed mixture. Place in a single layer on a large greased baking sheet.
Bake at 425º for 15 minutes, turn and bake an additional 10 minutes or until juices run clear.
