1/2 cup orange marmalade
juice of 1/2 a lime
1 clove garlic - minced
1 tsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until combined.

Makes 3/4 of cup of sauce.

A good dipping sauce for chicken, shrimp, or fish. Would also work on rice and for dipping egg rolls.
