1 Costco size bag of mini carrots cooked

Glaze:
4 Tbls. sugar
4 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ginger
1 cup orange juice
8 Tbls. butter
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, cornstarch, salt, ginger, and orange juice in a pan. Cook over medium heat till thick and boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in butter. Pour glaze over carrots and serve.
