1 brisket or flank steak
1 3-oz. bottle liquid smoke
onion flakes
salt, celery salt, onion salt, garlic salt (optional)
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 bottle barbecue sauce (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Place brisket in 9x13 glass dish. Pour smoke flavoring over it. Sprinkle onion flakes on top, and season with salts if using. Marinate overnight. The next day, add pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and bake at 275º for 5 hours. Serve at this point or pour a bottle of barbecue sauce over it and heat 1 hour longer.
