1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. Graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
7 egg whites
1 (9") pie shell, unbaked
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all by hand. Pour into 9" unbaked pie shell. Bake @ 350º for 35 min. or until center is firm. Cut when cool. To serve - heat slice in microwave & then top with scoop of vanilla ice cream.
