1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. molasses
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. grated carrots
1/4 c. nonfat dry milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. raisins
1 1/2 c. rolled oats, quick cooking

Directions:
Directions:
Beat oil, sugar, molasses & egg. Sift flour, powder, soda, dry milk,salt & cinnamon. Add to oil mixture. Add carrots, raisins & oats and blend. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400º for about 10 minutes.
