1/4 c. Baking Cocoa
1/2 c. Butter
1/4 c. Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 Egg, slightly beaten
2 c. Graham Crackers, crushed
1 c. Coconut
1/2 c. Nuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Place cocoa, butter, sugar and vanilla in top of double boiler and cook until blended. Add the egg and cook 5 minutes. Add graham crackers, coconut and nuts. Mix and press into 9-inch square pan. Cream 1/2 c. butter; mix in 3 T. milk and 2 tsp. instant vanilla pudding mix. Spread on first layer. Melt 3/4 c. chocolate chips and 1 T. butter. Spread over the second layer. Place in refrigerator.
