1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
4 eggs
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 (3 oz.) packages Instant French Vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
Chocolate Syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Place water, butter, and salt in a sauce pan over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Add flour and stir until smooth and dough forms a ball. Remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes. Add eggs one at a time. Beat with a wooden spoon until smooth. Pour into a greased 9x13 in. baking dish. Bake at 400º for 30-35 minutes or until the pastry is puffy and light brown. Cool completely for 1-2 hours. Beat cream cheese, pudding and milk until thick. Spread on top of the cooled pastry and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Top with the cool whip and drizzle chocolate syrup before serving.
