3 lbs beef short ribs
2 (10 oz) pkgs frozen Lima beans
1 can condensed beef soup with vegetables and barley
1 soup can water
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 can (3 oz) sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup cold water
1-2 Tbs flour

Directions:
Directions:
Place ribs in bottom of crockery slow ; Add frozen Lima's. In bowl, stir together soup, the one can water, dry soup mix, and undrained mushrooms. Pour into cooker. Cover and cook on low heat for 10 hours or until meat is tender. (Or, high heat for 5 hours.) Turn to high setting. Remove meat, beans and mushrooms and keep warm. If necessary, spoon off excess fat from liquid in cooker. Combine the cold water and flour; add to boiling juices in crockery cooker. Cook and stir until thickened. Serve with meat and vegetables. Makes 6 servings.
