10 medium potatoes
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk
1 - 8oz. pkg. cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Whip potatoes and butter. Add remaining ingredients and whip until mixture is light and fluffy. Place in a buttered casserole dish and sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Dot with small pieces of butter. At this point you can refrigerate. (Can be prepared 1-2 days ahead) Bring to room temperature before baking. Bake at 325º, uncovered, about 25 minutes.
