1 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese, divided
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
2 cups large croutons, homemade if possible
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 heads romaine lettuce, cut cross ways into 2 inch pieces
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire

Directions:

In a blender, mix 1/2 cup grated Parmesan, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, lemon juice, Worcestershire, and mayonnaise. In a large bowl, combine dressing with croutons, lettuce, and 1/2 cup cheese, and toss to coat.
