2 tbsp. butter
1/4 cup chopped onion
4 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tbsp. ground mustard (optional)
2 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. Worchestershire sauce
1 cup ketchup
1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
This recipe is for about 2-3 lbs. ribs. Place butter in saucepan; add onion. Let simmer for a few seconds. Add all remaining ingredients except ribs. Cook for 10-12 min. Brown ribs. Pour sauce over ribs. Cook at 350º for 2 hours or until tender. (I use a slow cooker for about 4-5 hours.)
