1 stick butter
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1/3 peanut butter
1 lg. egg
1/2 tsp.. vanilla
1 1/4c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp.. salt
12 oz peanut butter baking chips
1 1/2 semi-sweet or unsweetened baking chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Beat butters and sugar until creamy. Scrape bowl to insure mix in full. Add egg and vanilla and beat well. Add dry ingredents to the butter mix and blend well again. Add both chips and mix in. *** Drop by heaping teasp. and bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool about 2 minutes on tray.
