1 4-5 lb. Brisket
1/2 bottle or 1/4 cup liquid smoke
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 cups beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
Cook in crock pot on high 4 hours. Reduce to low and cook 4-6 hours. The longer the more tender the meat.

I usually don't use quite as much soy sauce, only because it can be a bit salty for me. The kids all love this recipe, and chow it down. Not to mention it's incredibly easy to make.
