1/2 c. unsalted butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg white
1 t. vanilla
3/4 t. grated orange zest (can substitute 1/8 t. orange extract)
1/4 t. kosher salt
3/4 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg white, vanilla, orange and salt until blended. Add flour in small portions. Lightly butter cookie sheet and place in the oven for 2 minutes. Place 2 t. of batter for each cookie on the warm cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 7-9 minutes. Remove cookies to wire racks to cool.
