1 c. chopped apple
1 c. hot water
4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. sage
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
2 lb. meaty pork spareribs

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine all ingredients except spareribs. Add more water if moist stuffing is desired. Place dressing in the bottom of a greased baking dish. Place ribs on top. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350º for over 2 hours or until meat is tender.
