Ingredients:
Ingredients:
5 lbs. pork ribs (country style)

MARINADE:
1 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. ketchup
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce

2 cloves garlic, crushed or dash of garlic salt
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/4 c. chili sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Boil ribs until tender.

While ribs are boiling, mix all of marinade ingredients in sauce pan and heat, stirring often, until it thickens.

When fork tender, drain the ribs and divide them equally in plastic storage bags.

Set aside 1/2 cup of the marinade for basting (refrigerate until ready to use) and pour equal amounts of remaining marinade into the storage bags with the ribs.

Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours (I refrigerate them overnight.)

Place ribs on grill, basting and grilling them until they are heated through and nicely browned.

Personal Notes:
This is a wonderful recipe which can be prepared a day in advance and ideal to serve when having company. You have time to devote to side dishes because the only grilling required is heating and browning.
