8 Medium Potatoes, Cooked & Mashed
1 (8 Ounce) Packsage of Cream Cheese
1 (8 Ounce) Carton of Sour Cream
1/4 Pound Butter
Garlic Salt or Salt & Pepper
1/2 Cup Grated Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Add ingredients to cooked and mashed potatoes. Put cheese on top. Bake at 350º until heated through and cheese melts. Use 2 quart casserole.
