1 cup water
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sifted flour
4 eggs

Custard
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup flour
2 cups milk
4 egg yolks
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Heating to a rolling boil water and butter. Stir in all at once sifted flour. Stir over low heat until mixture forms into a ball. Beat in thoroughly four eggs, one at a time. Beat until smooth. Drop onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 400º 45 to 50 minutes. Mix in sauce pan sugar, salt, flour and stir in milk. Cover over medium heat until boils. Boil one minute. Stir in 4 egg yolks, beaten. Bring to a boil. Cool and blend in vanilla. Fill puffs and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
