1/2 lb. cubed chicken
4 c. BBQ chips, crushed
1 egg
BBQ sauce for dipping
2 TB. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cube the chicken into bite size pieces. Crush the chips and set aside. Whisk together the egg and the milk. Dip the chicken into the egg mix and then into the crumbs. Bake @ 350º for 10-15 minutes. Dip into BBQ sauce.

Jonah loves to help me make chicken nuggets, he thought it was so cool that we were using chips for the coating. A yummy dip for any kind of chicken nugget is: 1/2c. sour cream, 2 TB. Dijon mustard, and 1 TB. honey--combine and chill till ready to eat.
