2 blocks of Velveeta cheese - a large can of rotel tomatoes - Ortega jalapeņo sliced peppers - milk - ground beef

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cheese into blocks and add approximately 2 cups of milk, microwave on high for approximately 7-10 minutes.

Cook ground beef in a separate skillet until done and drain.

Drain juice from the tomatoes and add tomatoes, peppers, and ground beef to cheese mixture. Serve hot with chips of your choice (tortilla). Feeds approximately 20-30 people
